The Task Force is a compilation of community leaders from throughout our valley, representing diverse industries and segments of our population. The suggested entities to be represented currently include:

• Housing Industry (Private and Non-Profit Sectors)
• Community Leaders (Outside of Housing)
• Business Leaders (Bankers, Utility Executives, Healthcare, etc.)
• Elected Leaders (Mayors, County Supervisors, Council members)
• Public Sector (HUD, City and County “Housing Knowledgeable” staff)

The Task Force will have a steering committee of not to exceed 18 people including a chairman. The Task Force will also have subcommittees in the areas of:

	Policy
	Outreach
	Land Usage
	Process
	Financial Resources

The Task Force will be supported by a public relations process designed to help announce our efforts, highlight our progress and promote our recommendations. Staff-wise, we will be supported by paid consultants who will help research the issues locally and nationally, assemble the speakers and information that must be heard and addressed in order to ensure all the issues are understood and addressed and reported in writing. The consultants will be assisted by the Stardust Center for Affordable Homes and the Family at A.S.U.
